Policies
Booking a new service requires a $100-200 deposit that will be deducted from the final service cost on your appointment day.
Deposit policies:
We require 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If sufficient notice isn't provided you may forfeit your deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable.
We keep client deposits on file for 6 months.
If you no-show for your appointment you will forfeit your deposit. You may also be marked as a no-show if you are significantly late without adequate notice provided.
We cannot work on you if you are pregnant.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time for any reason.
We will not work on you if you are under the influence or disrespectful.
No guarantees of satisfaction or results can or will be made. Many individual factors will contribute to the final result and longevity of your tattoo. Additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results in some cases, and additional charges will apply.
You must be 18 or older with government-issued photo ID to be tattooed at our studio. Please bring your ID to your appointment.
If you've had your brows tattooed before, you must send me a clear photo when you book or book a consultation beforehand to ensure that I can work on them. Failure to do so may result in losing your deposit. If your existing tattoo is too dark or too large, laser treatments may be recommended first so that we can obtain the best results.
The studio is a safe space for everyone, and inappropriate or disrespectful language and attitudes will not be tolerated.
